POKEMON GOLD AND SILVER
Pokemon Silver and Gold (Pokemon 2) should be one of the most promising pokemon games yet! There will be about 250 monsters and the game itself will be enhanced for gameboy color! The monsters will be more in detail too. They will be either male or female and they can be nocturnal or durinial. That means that there is a clock feature that will let you catch different pokemon at different times of the day. Also, there will be new attacks, 4 new cities, new badges and... the elite four might just be renamed to the elite six. Here are some pics of the pokemon from the game.
POKEMON SNAP
Pokemon Snap will be yet another great pokemon game coming out for the 64DD. The object of the game is to be the best Pokemon photographer in the world. You will be able to ride around in a truck on Pokemon Island and take pictures.
POKEMON STADIUM
Pokemon Stadium is a really cool new Pokemon game for the N64. It is currently out in Japan and is already selling out! The game is for 2 players and uses the N64 GBPack. Nintendo says it will be released in January or February of '99, but with the way Nintendo operates, don't get your hopes up until March. There will be 40 built-in Pokemon so you can train and care for until battle. Since there are only 40 built in Pokemon, there will be an upgrade coming out for the 64DD (whenever that will be). THE NEW GAMEBOY PACK FOR N64
PIKACHU GENKI DECHU
Pikachu Genki Dechu which means "Pikachu is fealing fine" is a new game coming out for the 64DD that will be like a Pocket Pikachu. It will come with the game, and a new gadget which enables you to talk to your Pikachu. It will learn to recognize your voice and react to what you say. It is only out in Japan right now, but I would think that due to Pokemon Red and Blue being a success, it will come out everywhere else as well.
POKEMON YELLOW
Pokemon Yellow, or Pokemon Pikachu will be another installment of the already flourishing Pokemon Red and Blue games. It will not be optimised for Gamboy Color, but it will work great on your Super Gameboy. You will start out with Pikachu and Gary will get Eevee. You can find all of the Pokemon in this one game and you will meet up with the real team rocket. It has been confirmed to come out in the US sometime this year.
